This mission will become available after you complete the "Eyewitness" mission. Then the activity "Speak to Sergeant Yumi" should pop up in your mission log. You may also need to complete the previous "Misc" missions for the sergeant that is "Keeping the Peace" and "A Break at Dawn".

Objectives of Search and Seizure

1. Speak to the port workers

Sergeant Yumi suspects a smuggler is bringing in goods through the spaceport. He's asked me to interview a few port workers and cross reference their testimony with information from Aegis.

Head to the spaceport and talk to the technicians. One of them will give you the ID of the suspicious ship.

2. Obtain the ship records from Aegis

Head to MAST Building > Defense Research / Health and Human Services / Aegis floor and talk to Agent Plato. He will give you the list of Potential Smuggler Ships.

3. Read the slate and identify the smuggler's ship

4. Report to Sergeant Yumi

Sergeant Yumi suspects a smuggler is bringing in goods through the spaceport. I obtained the evidence I need to find the ship. I should report back to Sergeant Yumi and find out what comes next.

Return to Sergeant Yumi and when he asks you about the ship then choose Anansi.

5. Obtain the contraband

Sergeant Yumi suspects a smuggler is bringing in goods through the spaceport. I worked the investigation and reported my findings to Sergeant Yumi.

Head to the spaceport and board the ship.

Find the Crate of Contraband and take it. When you do this the ship's captain will try to make a deal with you.

6. Report to Sergeant Yumi / (Optional) Bargain with the Captain

Sergeant Yumi suspects a smuggler is bringing in goods through the spaceport. I investigated the matter and should report back to Sergeant Yumi.

The captain will offer you 2,500 credits to report that you found nothing. If you agree then the contraband will be removed from your inventory.

If you refuse then the captain will attack you and you will have to kill her.

Then return to the sergeant and give him the report. If you took the contraband then you can pass it to him, but you can also tell him that you found nothing and keep the contraband for yourself. If you accepted the captain's offer then you can say you didn't find anything. Either way, this mission will end and you will always get the same reward: 200 XP and 4300 credits.
